McLaren Trophy · ALM Motorsport

Vice-champion in Europe

For 2025, I made my full season GT racing debut in the McLaren Trophy Championship with ALM Motorsport. We finished the season 2nd in the championship, scoring a podium at each race and narrowly missing out on full championship honours after sitting out the first round while the team awaited delivery of the car. This season provided an opportunity to regularly compete in modern machinery against professional teams and drivers.

A third title, and a first international podium

In 2024, I scored a class podium while making my GT racing debut in the prestigious 24 Hour Series’ 6 Hours of Abu Dhabi with Toyota Gazoo Racing UK. In the UK I was crowned Historic Formula Ford 2000 Champion claiming 9 wins and setting 11 fastest laps across the season. I achieved this in a car supplied by internationally renowned designer Adrian Reynard who offered the drive following my impressive 2023 season in Historic Formula 3.

Historic Formula 3 · Speedsport

Back-to-back champion

For 2023, I continued my Historic F3 campaign with Speedsport being crowned champion as I claimed another 10 wins and maintained my 100% win rate in the championship. Alongside this, I raced at both the Goodwood Members Meeting, sharing a Brabham BT5 sports-prototype; and the Goodwood Revival in a Brabham-Ford BT10 F2, finishing 3rd against a grid containing many historic F1’s. This result at the Revival was the highlight of my season. To round off the year, I competed in both the Formula Ford Festival at Brands Hatch and Walter Hayes Trophy at Silverstone, racing with Don Hardman Automotive in a Firman RFR21.

Historic Formula Ford & Historic Formula 3 · Speedsport

First title — ranked #1

2022, I raced in the Historic Formula Ford (HFF) and the Historic Formula 3 Championships with Speedsport, dominating both championships. I finished as champion in HFF, winning 9 of 14 races, and achieving podiums in the other 4. I finished 2nd in the Historic Formula 3 Championship after missing the final round, but with a 100% win rate throughout the season. Alongside this, I made some appearances in our family owned Lola T240 1971 Formula 2, achieving 2 podiums and 1 class win. Most notably, in a wet race 1 at the Oulton Park Gold Cup I finished in 3rd place overall against much more powerful opposition, having run 2nd for much of the race until a mechanical issue during the final lap. Following my performances this season I was voted Historic Driver Of The Year by Motorsport News, 2nd in the Autosport Top 10 Club Drivers 2022 and 1st in the Autosport National Driver Rankings with 21 wins over the season.

Building the campaign

For 2021, I moved to the Historic Formula Ford Championship (HFF) as well as the CFF racing an Elden MK8. Again, I had multiple Top 5 finishes, achieving 4 podium finishes. This culminated in a 5th place finish in the HFF Championship and 2nd in class in the CFF Championship. Alongside the Formula Ford races I also competed in a Dallara F389 in the Geoff Lee’s Trophy, resulting in multiple podiums and a win at the final round of the season at Silverstone. To round off the 2021 season, I raced a Merlyn MK20 for Speedsport at the Walter Hayes Trophy. I went on to win both of the races; a great way to finish the year.

Karting

Where it started

My go-karting began in Rotax Mini Max, progressing through Junior Max then finally to Senior Max. Over my karting career, I competed at British, European and World Level. The highlight was a 10th place Junior finish at the Rotax World Finals 2018 in Brazil.

Coaching

Ready to get faster?

Three consecutive UK championship titles in single-seaters; an international GT campaign in McLaren Trophy and with Toyota Gazoo Racing; and a Motorsport UK Academy coaching qualification — whatever you’re working on, I’ve probably driven through it myself. Whether you’re looking to get in to racing via an ARDS test or a racer looking to hone their skills, contact me for professional coaching: trackside, on data, or in the simulator. I’ll find the tenths you’re leaving on the table and embed them into your racecraft.
